Elmfield Hotel is a family run licensed hotel is on Blackpool’s South Shore, a 3 minute walk from the beach, opposite Blackpool Pleasure Beach and 1000 yards from the Sandcastle Water Park, It has free Wi-Fi .

The Elmfield offers bed and breakfast accommodation in en-suite rooms. The double glazed rooms have heating, flat screen TV’s with free view and hospitality trays for tea and coffee. A freshly cooked breakfast is served each morning. Guests can enjoy tea and coffee in the sun lounge which has views of the promenade and the Pleasure beach. The family friendly bar area has a TV, pool and darts where you relax after your day in Blackpool.

Blackpool Pleasure Rail station is 450 yards away and Manchester Airport is 60 minutes by road.

Train - Blackpool North

Blackpool's main train station is around a mile and a half away. When arriving with luggage, children or on the occasional day when its raining it is easier to grab a cab from the taxi rank there. Coming soon, just a short walk away you will be able to grab a tram from the new tram terminus and head south

Train - Blackpool South Line

Blackpool Pleasure Beach Station is less than 10 minutes walk away, the train service is far less frequent

Coach Station

The National Express coach station is located near Coral Island. Best to either grab a taxi or tram from the prom

Tram

The nearest Tramstop is "Burlington Road West" which is a 5 minute walk from the Elmfield Hotel

Manchester Airport

Manchester International Airports are around 60 miles away and well served with trains to Blackpool. However if there are a few in your party then sharing a taxi offers the convenience of door to door service. It is recommened that taxis are booked in advance as some at the airport taxi rank can charge significantly more when not prebooked. Contact us at the Elmfield Hotel for an appropriate taxi service. For big events such as dance festivals it is worth booking the taxi transfers well in advance

Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is less well connected to the public transport network. Again with the convenience of door to door service a taxi can be the easiest option.
