At the Sutton Park we have created a relaxed environment for our Guests to enjoy. The Sutton Park is a 10 en-suite bedroomed Guest House. We are a stone’s throw away from the beach ideally situated between South and Central piers

After a busy day enjoying the sights and attractions that Blackpool has to offer, you are invited to relax and unwind in the comfort of our Licensed  Bar – we can cater for most of our guests’ preferences and generally find that we have something for everyone in house.  Check out our exciting new Gin range

We have discounts available for multiple nights stays of 3 nights or more. Check availability on our website, then phone us or e-mail us for details and booking. We offer competitive Bed & Breakfast rates    You are of course welcome to purchase breakfast on the day if you change your mind.  This is charged at £10 per person and comprises the usual cereals, toast, yoghurt, pastries and fruit, together with a full English breakfast.  We also offer pancakes, smoked salmon, smoked haddock and kippers, which can be pre-ordered the night before. We try to cater for most dietary needs and also have available Black Pudding, Gluten Free Black Pudding, Vegetarian Black Pudding, White Pudding, Potato Cakes, Crumpets and Gluten Free Crumpets, Bagels, Scrambled Tofu, Scrambled Egg, Boiled Eggs, French Toast (Eggy Bread), Various omlettes, Smoothies and we also stock soya and oat milk.
